Design and implement detailed business plans that support growth through cost-effective operations and market expansion initiatives.
Sales
Formulate and execute sales strategies aligned with the company s vision and shareholder objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and pivot strategies as necessary.
Use market trends and performance data to build actionable sales plans that boost revenue.
Define sales targets assign responsibilities and guide the team toward high performance.
Monitor sales data provide feedback and review reports from managers to reward success and resolve issues.
Finance
Manage the business unit s financial health including budgeting investments and other ventures.
Supply Chain
Lead daily warehouse logistics and distribution processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Optimize warehouse operations for productivity accuracy and safety.
Ensure adherence to legal safety and environmental standards.
Human Resources
Build a high-performing team by recruiting retaining and upskilling key talent. Promote a culture of teamwork innovation and responsibility.
Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure both individual and team effectiveness.
Maintain strong trust-based relationships with shareholders partners and regulatory authorities. Address challenges proactively and implement solutions to ensure sustainable growth and stability.
Ensure that company policies and legal guidelines are effectively communicated and enforced throughout the business unit.
Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
At least 10 years of proven leadership experience in the FMCG sector particularly in senior management roles.
Solid background in strategic planning financial oversight and driving business growth initiatives.
Deep understanding of market dynamics consumer behavior and end-to-end sales processes.
Proven ability in conflict management problem-solving and decision-making with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
