Role Overview:
Be the hands-on expert ensuring our daily card operations run like clockwork! Youll be designing perfecting and executing key processes that keep our customers and partners happy.
Process operational tasks related to the card lifecycle: assisting with application processing queries card activation issues account maintenance.
Handle customer escalations related to operational issues working towards swift resolutions.
Execute daily reconciliation tasks and assist the Lead in investigating discrepancies.
Process and manage dispute cases (chargebacks) according to scheme rules and internal procedures.
1-3 years of experience in an operational role within banking fintech or payments (card operations experience is highly desirable).
High attention to detail and accuracy precision is key!
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Good communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to follow procedures meticulously and learn new systems quickly.
Comfortable working with data and operational dashboards. Willingness to learn and use AI tools relevant to operational tasks.
Good-to-Have Skills & Experience:
Specific experience with chargeback processing or card reconciliation.
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk Salesforce).
Basic understanding of card scheme rules.
Experience working in a startup environment.
Proficiency in English.
