Working Location: Onsite Ho Chi Minh City
Working Time: Monday to Friday standard business hours (flexibility depending on client needs)

Compensation: Base salary sales incentives (benchmarked to market range; to be discussed)

Team Management: Potential team leadership responsibility depending on business growth in the next 6 to 12 months
This role focuses on securing new business and expanding relationships with existing accounts in Vietnams B2B technology space. The Client Solutions Lead will operate autonomously and is expected to manage the full sales cycle. The role suits commercially experienced professionals with a consultative sales approach and a network of enterprise or SME contacts.
Meet quarterly revenue targets aligned with the firms growth plans
Re-engage dormant or legacy accounts through structured outreach
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM pipeline data
Conduct client meetings and present tailored solution offerings
Develop proposals and negotiate terms with prospective clients
Close deals and coordinate onboarding with internal delivery teams
Update CRM systems with accurate activity and pipeline data
Foster long-term relationships through consistent and value-driven engagement
Collaborate with presales product and customer success teams
Attend relevant business events to grow a professional network
Share market and client insights with internal stakeholders
Support junior team members or take on leadership if the team expands
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or related field
5-7 years in B2B sales ideally in IT solutions SaaS or digital services
Track record of independently managing deals and client pipelines
An existing client network is a strong advantage
Comfortable using CRM tools for tracking and reporting
Understanding of cloud ERP or process automation is beneficial
Proactive and accountable sales approach
Consultative mindset and strong communication skills
Adaptable with a disciplined and structured work ethic
Familiarity with digital transformation practices and enterprise IT
Understanding of Vietnams B2B sales environment and customer landscape
