• Oversee the daily operations of the heat treatment line ensuring workforce allocation is effective and all procedures and safety protocols are strictly followed.
  

• Organize and maintain accurate records and documentation related to the heat treatment process.
  

• Submit daily updates on production progress to the Supervisor.
  

• Identify and report any issues concerning defective products or safety incidents on the heat treatment line and assist with investigations.
  

• Execute each step of the heat treatment procedure as per instructions and document results as needed.
  

• Inspect equipment before use and complete the required daily checklist.
  

• Keep machinery clean and in good working condition; maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
  

• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations to protect staff equipment and output.
  

• Support team members through on-the-job training and safety briefings.
  

• Carry out other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
  

Requirements

English:

• Graduated from a Chemical Vocational School or have experience as a chemical worker with at least 2 years of experience.
  

• Good vision; must not have color blindness.
  

• Strong awareness of safety standards and procedures.
  

• Capable of understanding and executing technical instructions with precision.
  

• Demonstrates responsibility and reliability in maintaining a safe working environment.
