Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence within the Ho Chi Minh region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating profitable revenue by cultivating new client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and lead generation.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong customer relationships and conducting regular client visits.
- Manage the full sales cycle including tender negotiations contract preparation and order processing.
- Prepare detailed sales reports monthly forecasts and analyse sales data to optimize performance.
- Provide expert pre-sales technical assistance product demonstrations and after-sales support to clients.
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including supply chain sales support and project engineering.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Proven sales experience in the industrial products sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer orientation business acumen and a sense of ownership.
- Must be able to travel within the HCM region.
