Provide HRBP support to business functions ensuring alignment between HR strategies and organizational goals/Develop and implement organizational development strategies that support VinFasts vision for smart mobility.
Facilitate talent management processes including performance evaluations and leadership development programs.
Conduct training needs assessments and work on employee engagement initiatives.
Advise management on HR policies compliance and best practices.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decision making.
Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
Build strong relationships with staff at all levels to foster a supportive workplace culture.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on organizational development OR HR business partnering.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field;
Proven track record in driving OD initiatives and talent management processes.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proficient in English
