Position: Finance Analyst Staff
Salary Range: 500-800 USD
Location: Hai Duong
Reporting directly to Vietnamese Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overview:
- Compile and evaluate financial data in alignment with the companys objectives and current financial condition
- Offer innovative suggestions and actionable recommendations to minimize costs and enhance financial efficiency
- Gather and interpret financial information to produce comprehensive reports on the companys financial health and potential risks
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the preparation of financial analysis reports for internal assessments and strategic decisions
- Monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX) for projects ensuring spending aligns with approved budgets
- Review purchase or order requests submitted by departments
- Aggregate and organize data from different teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist with variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and draft initial observations or commentary
- Manage financial spreadsheets and databases ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Support the development of financial models cost monitoring tools and internal reporting documents
- Participate in finance and accounting process improvement initiatives
- Carry out additional financial tasks as directed by the Financial Controller

REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate majoring in Finance or related field
- Experience with capex tracking budgeting or cost control is highly preferred.
- 34 years of relevant experience in finance accounting or external auditor at an audit firm.
- Strong Excel skills are a must (SAP Skill is preferred)
- Good attention to detail organized and responsibility.
- Willing to learn take initiative and handle multiple tasks under supervision.
- Positive working attitude and good communication skills.
- Basic English for reading reports and communication
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM 4:30 PM)
- 13th salary month bonus (April 30 September year-end bonus) salary increase twice a year based on evaluation (average increase 5%).
- Probation period: 2 months 85% basic salary 100% allowance.
- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
- Insurance paid on full salary.
