You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and plays a key role in executing the hotels commercial strategy while ensuring brand consistency and service excellence.
Responsibilities:
Identify solicit and manage new and existing accounts within the assigned market segment
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed room night and revenue goals
Conduct sales calls site inspections and client presentations to showcase the hotels offerings
Maintain regular contact with key clients and decision-makers through meetings events and travel trade shows
Prepare accurate forecasts reports and sales plans as required by the department
Collaborate with other departments (Revenue Banquets Front Office) to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities
Monitor market trends competitor activity and client feedback to identify business opportunities
Uphold brand standards in all client interactions and communications
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality or a related field
Minimum 23 years of sales experience in hospitality or luxury service environment
Strong understanding of the local and international market landscape (depending on the segment)
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Proactive results-oriented and customer-focused
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales systems
