Job Description

Our client is a company specialized in fintech who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  • Drive business development activities including identifying and approaching potential clients conducting meetings negotiating terms and building strong client relationships to achieve the company s KPIs (e.g. contracts transaction volume and revenue).

  • Develop and implement sales channels to boost revenue and service adoption across the company s offerings.

  • Formulate and execute business strategies commercial plans and operational sales plans to meet overall business objectives.

  • Manage and analyze sales performance and market share in the electronic payment sector; collaborate closely with senior management to propose market development strategies business solutions and competitive tactics to increase sales.

  • Design and execute marketing and communication programs aligned with the company s business goals.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints (if any) and actively engage in ongoing customer care efforts.

  • Supervise and ensure timely execution of the approved monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans by the Sales Department.

  • Collect consolidate analyze and evaluate market data customer needs and competitor information to provide insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Act as a business advisor to senior leadership offering input and support to help achieve the company s targets.

  • Maintain and expand the company s customer network by fostering long-term client relationships.


Requirements

  • At least 3 4 years of experience in a similar role within the payment industry with solid knowledge of the Vietnamese payment ecosystem.

  • Preferably experienced in electronic payments e-commerce or financial services/banking.

  • Strong understanding of products such as POS systems bank-based collection/disbursement services and payment gateways.

  • Agile eager to learn responsible and able to communicate and collaborate effectively.

  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.

  • Proficient in report consolidation and data analysis.

  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills.

  • Fluent in English (Korean proficiency is a plus).
