Job Description

Position Type: Fulltime Inoffice

Position Overview:

As an Intermediate Finance Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying attracting and recruiting toptier finance professionals to support our companys growth. Your expertise in finance recruitment will contribute to building a talented and highperforming finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

    • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media industry events and referrals to identify and engage finance professionals.
    • Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  2. Candidate Assessment and Evaluation:

    • Review resumes and applications conduct indepth interviews and assess candidates technical and cultural fit.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Provide guidance and expertise in talent acquisition to hiring managers.
  4. Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing regular feedback and maintaining clear communication.
    • Act as a brand ambassador for the organization.
  5. Market Research:

    • Stay uptodate on industry trends salary benchmarks and competitor practices to provide insights that support the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance recruitment preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of finance roles industry trends and technical skills required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
