Position Overview:
As an Intermediate Finance Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying attracting and recruiting toptier finance professionals to support our companys growth. Your expertise in finance recruitment will contribute to building a talented and highperforming finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media industry events and referrals to identify and engage finance professionals.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Candidate Assessment and Evaluation:
- Review resumes and applications conduct indepth interviews and assess candidates technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance and expertise in talent acquisition to hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing regular feedback and maintaining clear communication.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization.
- Market Research:
- Stay uptodate on industry trends salary benchmarks and competitor practices to provide insights that support the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance recruitment preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of finance roles industry trends and technical skills required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
