Job Description

Position Overview:

As a TechSavvy Recruiter you will combine your recruitment expertise with your technological proficiency to source attract and engage toptier talent. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our recruitment processes through the strategic use of technology data analysis and innovative sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. TechnologyDriven Sourcing:

    • Utilize cuttingedge technology and tools to source and engage passive and active candidates across various platforms and channels.
    • Stay updated on emerging recruitment technology trends and assess their relevance to our talent acquisition strategy.
  2. DataDriven Decision Making:

    • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
    • Create and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
  3. Candidate Engagement:

    • Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships through personalized communication including email social media and messaging platforms.
    • Implement chatbots AIdriven candidate engagement tools and other technologies to enhance the candidate experience.
  4. Technical Evaluation:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and conduct technical assessments or screenings of candidates.
    • Stay informed about the latest technical skills and certifications relevant to our industry.
  5. Employer Branding:

    • Leverage technology to enhance our employer brand including managing social media accounts creating video content and using online review platforms.
    • Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to improve our reputation as an employer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter with a strong background in technology recruitment.
  • Indepth knowledge of recruitment technology tools including applicant tracking systems AIpowered sourcing platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with programming languages technical certifications and IT job roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Ability to adapt to emerging technology trends and tools.
