Job Description
Health Care Compliance Specialist
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Experience in healthcare industries compliance legal finance commercial or medical affairs or related functions preferred.
- Strong communication organizational and analytical skills required.
- Fluent in English
- High level of integrity with strong ethical values.
- Willingness to make and stand by difficult decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the Health Care Compliance programs internal controls to effectively prevent detect correct and anticipate risk.
- Demonstrates an operational excellence mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Implements and supports key elements of an effective Health Care compliance program for an assigned region market or operational area.
- Controls within scope may include governance risk assessment management action plans data analysis testing monitoring reporting training and policy.
- Provides transactional reviews of transfers of value performs reviews of copy material and engages with business partners to provide guidance on Health Care Compliancerelated topics in alignment with Health Care Compliance policies and procedures.
- Understands and applies Company Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daytoday interactions with the team.
- Provides administrative support to the assigned Health Care Compliance department.
