Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Develop comprehensive architectural plans that translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions.
- Alignment with Business: Ensure solutions align with business goals strategies and operational needs.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expertise to guide development teams in building solutions that meet technical and business requirements.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between technical and nontechnical stakeholders to bridge understanding and achieve consensus.
- System Integration: Create designs that seamlessly integrate new solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in proposed solutions offering mitigation strategies.
- Documentation: Document architectural designs decisions and rationale for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in related field (Degree Diploma and/or Certifications)
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role.
- Indepth understanding of business processes enterprise architecture and technology trends.
- Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of industrystandard architectural frameworks (e.g. TOGAF).
- Familiarity with a wide range of technologies and platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications in architecture (e.g. Google Cloud TOGAF etc.) are a plus.
