Job Description

Minimum requirements:

  • Familiarity with various digital platforms including social media app stores and websites.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse digital platforms to detect fraudulent activities that may harm the business or clients.
  • Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and tools to prevent and mitigate fraudulent activities.
  • Investigate suspicious activities and report them through the relevant channels.
  • Maintain a database of known fraudsters and suspicious activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including legal and compliance teams to ensure that fraud prevention measures are in place and effective.
  • Provide training and support to employees to help them identify and report suspicious activities.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest fraud prevention techniques and technologies.
  • Develop and present regular reports.
