Key purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Junior Digital Fraud Prevention Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will monitor our digital platforms to identify and prevent fraudulent activities that may harm our business or clients. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and be familiar with various digital platforms such as social media app stores and websites.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse digital platforms to detect fraudulent activities that may harm our business or clients.
- Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and tools to prevent and mitigate fraudulent activities.
- Investigate suspicious activities and report them through the relevant channels.
- Maintain a database of known fraudsters and suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including legal and compliance teams to ensure that fraud prevention measures are in place and effective.
- Provide training and support to employees to help them identify and report suspicious activities.
- Stay uptodate with the latest fraud prevention techniques and technologies.
- Develop and present regular reports.
Qualifications skills and experience:
- Familiarity with various digital platforms including social media app stores and websites.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and tools is a plus.
