Job Description
Key purpose:
The candidate will be responsible for delivering a number of specific projects and solutions in the field of Finance & Business Central functional consultant. The primary focus is on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Business Central. Candidate will have to deliver quality results within strict timeframes with minimal resources while maintaining all Microsoft Dynamics AX (CRM) related project requirements and deadlines.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ongoing D365 BAU Access Requests and Incidents fulfillment and management
- Provide 2nd line and 3rd line BAU support
- Resolve system security of user permissions in D365 F&O using recording guide and apply
- Prepare UAT scripts for testing the configured scenarios using task recorder and save of RSAT testing in Azure DevOps
- Performing functional integration regression and performance testing
- Creating test plans and detailed test cases using AzureDevops
- Provide MS D365 Security consultation and development of security role(s) support required
- Provide Post GoLive Support for GA deployment
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Finance or related field required
- 2 years experience in Dynamics 365 project management skills
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant: Associate
- MB300 Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations
