Job Description
As a Cisco Unified Communications Manager L3 youll be responsible for the daytoday management of all the technical aspects of our communication infrastructure.
Requirements
- To work with customers to understand needs communicate your needs and requirements see what they want and then deliver a solution
- Provide technology solutions for the whole enterprise from enduser point of view.
- Own the problem domain and provide the best fit and best value solution helping with the sale and deployment.
- Installations and configuration of Cisco Unified Communications manager 9.X10.X.11.X 12.X
- Installations and configuration of Cisco Call Manager Express
- Deployment and Maintenance of Cisco IP Phones ().
- Configuration of IP soft phone Cisco IP Communicator.
- Configuring and Troubleshooting FXS and FXO ports on Cisco Call Manager.
- Configuration of Route pattern Route List Partition and Calling Search Space on Cisco Call Manager.
- Configuring IP Phones with BULK ADMINISTRATION TOOL.
- Configure Cisco Call Manager and the client PC to enable the Cisco Attendant Console.
- Configuration of Call Signalling Protocols on Voice Gateways H.323 and MGCP.
- Configuring and Troubleshooting Survivable Remote Site Telephony.
- Implementation and configuration of Gateway and Gatekeepers.
- Integration of Cisco Unity Express with Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Configuring and Troubleshooting Dial Peers onseries Routers
- Realtime monitoring of the Devices using RTMT.
- Configuration of Cisco Routers and Voice VLAN configuration on Cisco Switches.

Qualifications
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager L3 certification preferred
- 7 10 years of experience in a voice or video solution preferably Cisco UCM.
