An esteemed organisation on the West Rand Gauteng South Africa is looking for a Technical Training Officer to join their team! Specializing in services for the mining and related industries they seek a dynamic individual who can deliver toptier technical training while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
What Youll Do:
Conduct engaging classroom and onthejob training sessions
Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback
Coach and mentor staff to enhance their development
Identify training needs and build effective programs
Maintain and update training materials and Learning Management System
Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations
Requirements
What Youll Bring:
Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering Geology HR or related fields
24 years of professional training experience (preferably in mining)
Strong technical skills including Mix Telematics and Excel proficiency
Excellent communication coaching and people management skills
Indepth knowledge of mining regulations safety procedures and best practices
