About the Client
Our client is a market leader in the retail and pharmaceutical sector known for its expansive network customercentric approach and dedication to innovation and operational excellence. As they continue their digital transformation journey they are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support their SAP S/4HANA program and optimize financial processes across their retail and distribution operations.
Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the design configuration and implementation of SAP FICO modules (including GL AP AR AA COOM COPA).
- Drive the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance functionalities.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams (Retail SCM Procurement etc.) to ensure seamless integration.
- Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Conduct workshops training and testing activities (UAT SIT).
- Provide postgolive support and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements in finance and accounting processes.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of handson experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
- Proven experience in at least one fullcycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation.
- Strong knowledge of FICO core modules: GL AP AR Asset Accounting controlling (Cost Center Profit Center Internal Orders).
- Deep understanding of integration with MM SD and retailspecific modules.
- Previous experience in the retail and/or pharmaceutical industry is essential.
- Strong business acumen in finance and accounting processes.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and deliver in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Central Finance (cFIN) and Group Reporting.
- Exposure to Retailspecific SAP modules (e.g. SAP CAR SAP Retail POS integration).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector (e.g. GxP SOX).
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field.
- SAP FICO or S/4HANA certification is highly desirable.
