What youll be doing
To source and build relationships with new TLC partners and venues and secure new supplier contracts whilst maintaining good working relationships with existing partners. The P&C Agents are responsible for cold calling potential partners and the majority of the role will be outbound calls.
- To research and source the details of prospective partners through a variety of channels including local contact points and the internet
- Cold calling new and potential partners to develop effective relationships with the view to closing the target number of contracts that has been established
- Recontact previously interested venues on a daily basis
- Provide information about TLC to prospective clients and explain what the company does
- Ensure accurate and appropriate communication with external partners at all times and that effective working relationships are maintained with allnew existing and previous TLC partners and venues
- Maintain accurate and up to date records on external partners
- Produce feasibility reports following research and communications withprospective partners and handle product requests
- Structure daily workflow according to relevant briefings and targets
Who were looking for:
- Has experience of developing effective ongoing relationships with external parties and can use the right methods and style of communication to bring about productive long term agreements with partners.
- Able to work well with internal work colleagues and provide support where needed
- Has some experience in conducting research and knows how to present and use the findings effectively.
- Ensures partners are suitable for TLC promotions in terms of quality value and volume
- Has experience working in a telesales or media sales environment
- Ability to speak in Arabic
- Confident in using sales techniques and meeting monthly targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including excellent telephone manner; ability to influence
- Confident; selfdriven and able to work independently
- Task driven and focuses on delivery of work
- Organised and able to multitask
