Job Description
Own the QA process across multiple systems and releases
Create and maintain test strategies test cases and automation suites
Work closely with development and support teams to resolve production issues
Investigate replicate and report bugs raised via user support channels
Contribute to improving systems from both a quality and user experience lens
Skills & experience:
Minimum 5 years of QA experience with at least 2 years in a senior role
A strong background in both manual and automated testing
Experience in clientfacing or supportaligned roles
Familiarity with tools like Selenium Postman JIRA and CI/CD pipelines
Strong communication skills and a teamfirst approach
Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
