In this role you will mine and combine multiple data sources (retail consumer marketdemographic etc.) to provide powerfulaction-oriented recommendations. Also you will support and drive the deployment and adoption of one or several areas of Demand Spaces in the assigned area (typically countryor Business Unit).

You will:

  • Have strong ability to mine & combine insights from multiple sources with consumer and business knowledge and synthesize to help provide clear and compelling recommendations for concrete growth activities
  • Understand the Core and Growth consumers the laws of growth helping to bring each to life in the most inspiring way to help marketing to get under the skin of consumers
  • Have excellent ability to use Nielsen Household-panel-data & Other data sources to identify drivers of brand/ business performance followed by clear communication towards business team
  • Provide understanding of performance of advertising activities and development of brand equity
  • Provide Shopper Insights to learn and leverage broad shopping and consumer knowledge
  • Continuously optimize business through data tracking learning
  • Drives action oriented insights on current portfolio innovation communication and brand growth imperatives
  • Provide analytical support at a local market level.
  • Leverage portfolio and growth insights derived from the Demand Spaces framework to challenge for growth opportunities for Mondelz.
  • Curate social intelligence and listening to uncover rich cultural trends snacking moments brand Identify and leverage growth opportunity in retail environment for the area of geographic responsibility

  • Experience in Insight and in Business Areas (Marketing Innovation Trade Sales)

  • Demonstrated experience using design thinking/Agile methodologies principles to identify and surface innovative business opportunities
  • Strong leadership and influencing profile
  • Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others

More about this role

Job specific requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (Social Science Business Administration Marketing preferred)
  • Min. 6 years working experience in commercial area (preferably FMCG) min. 5 years of market research
  • Cross-country experience preferable demonstrated ability to work across cultures and in remote teams
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to partner and communicate with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
  • Creative & strategic thinking as well as a drive for results
  • Able to partner with marketing sales and external agencies
  • Excellent communications skills
