About the role
Were looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead search campaigns for some of our largest clients in EMEA and the US. This role requires someone who is both strategic and execution-focused equally comfortable crafting performance strategies as they are optimizing campaigns in Google Ads Microsoft Ads and DV360.
Youll work cross-functionally with strategy content and data teams to ensure paid search drives measurable business outcomes and integrates seamlessly with SEO and Social.
What youll do
Lead Paid Search Campaigns: Plan execute and optimize Paid/PPC campaigns for major international brands
Strategy & Planning: Build full-funnel paid search strategies aligned to client objectives and omnichannel frameworks
Data-Driven Optimization: Own budget pacing bid strategies A/B testing and campaign performance analytics
Cross-Market Coordination: Manage campaigns across EMEA and North America aligning with local teams and market nuances
Reporting & Insights: Deliver clear insightful reporting with strong business recommendations
Platform Expertise: Stay ahead of platform changes betas and new formats across Google Bing and retail media
Collaboration: Work with SEO Social Content and AI teams to create integrated media solutions
About you
57 years of hands-on experience managing Paid/PPC campaigns for global brands or large-scale budgets
Expertise in Google Ads Microsoft Ads Shopping and Search Audience targeting
Strong analytical skills ability to interpret complex data and drive performance
Experience with tools such as SA360 Google Data Studio GA4 and Looker Studio
Knowledge of omnichannel strategies and how paid integrates with SEO social and content
Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
Fluent in English; other European languages a plus
Experience with AI-driven PPC tools or automation platforms
Familiarity with brand safety performance max or retail media platforms (e.g. Amazon Ads)
Understanding of B2B and B2C models across different sectors (FMCG luxury tech etc.)
