Essence of the job:
The purpose of the role is to provide combined strategic leadership and oversight for the Logistics and Lubricants functions.
Qualification:
A Graduate level Engineering qualification or Supply Chain qualification
Financial/MBA qualification.
Minimum Requirements:
Require at least 12 years of experience in Senior Management role in Supply Chain Logistics or Manufacturing with key focus on Plant and Operations Management.
Extensive experience in leading and developing of people and teams.
Track record of driving commercial growth and performance focused on execution.
