Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or accepted NQF4 qualification.
- A qualification accepted by the FSCA.
- A minimum of 35 years of experience in a similar role.
- RE5 Regulatory Examination for Representatives.
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (non-negotiable due to client base).
- Class of Business certificates.
- Strong computer literacy including MS Word Excel Outlook and Internet use.
- Sound understanding of the basic principles of life insurance and investment products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors.
- Assist in the preparation of financial needs analyses and client documentation.
- Compile and manage investment estate and risk benefit plans.
- Ensure all client documentation is up to date and compliant with FAIS and FICA legislation.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding client requirements.
- Liaise professionally with clients to ensure high levels of service.
- Follow the six-step financial planning process.
