Job Description

This is a remote position.

ePeople is recruiting for a leading financial advisory and wealth management firm seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing team. This is a remote role with occasional travel to their London headquarters.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial planning suitability report writing and technical research within an FCA-regulated environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate suitability reports investment proposals and recommendation letters in line with FCA regulations.
  • Conduct technical research across pensions investments protection estate planning and tax-efficient solutions.
  • Support financial advisers in delivering high-quality client service.
  • Liaise with product providers to obtain up-to-date policy information and valuations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and current legislation.
  • Collaborate with advisers administrators and compliance teams to progress cases efficiently.


Requirements

Key Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Paraplanner within a financial advisory or wealth management setting.
  • Qualified to Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent (or working towards).
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions investments and protection products.
  • Proficient in financial planning software (e.g. Voyant Truth Intelligent Office) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills high attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
