Key Responsibilities:
As the Branch Manager you will:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the branch ensuring exceptional customer service and driving branch sales to meet targets.
- Manage stock control and movement distribution logistics and general branch administration.
- Lead motivate and develop staff to embody our company values and behaviors ensuring performance and training needs are met.
- Safeguard cash branch assets and maintain a safe working environment in line with OHS standards.
- Oversee building and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Contribute to strategies that boost productivity and sales performance aligning with organizational goals.
- Build a strong local presence and network to enhance our brand reputation.
- Uphold high ethical standards implementing and maintaining all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in sales
- A relevant qualification in Business Management (certificate degree or equivalent).
- At least five years of proven experience in a similar role with a track record of success.
- Strong communication negotiation and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in report writing and business communication tools (MS Office Excel MS Teams Zoom).
- A valid driver s license and a clear criminal record.

Education
