Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise create and oversee innovative communication strategies contributing fresh ideas to Sub-Saharan marketing plans.
- Lead and coordinate Marketing Intern(s) and the Marketing Assistant to ensure seamless execution of all marketing activities.
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns aligned with key business objectives.
- Spearhead the planning organisation and execution of online and offline client events managing the entire event lifecycle including cross-departmental collaboration and post-event reporting.
- Manage all internal and external marketing communication touchpoints ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Develop and write compelling marketing content for diverse platforms including email social media and online channels.
- Curate and manage content for all communication platforms catering to both internal teams and external customers.
- Coordinate communication strategies for promotions aligning with pricing and promotional roadmaps.
- Oversee social media presence (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn) including calendar planning design brief management and post scheduling.
- Strategically plan and manage social media content for selected internal brand ambassadors on LinkedIn to enhance the company brand.
- Manage relationships with external designers including design briefing and budget oversight.
- Liaise with the PR agency reviewing press releases and blogs and nurturing media relationships to position the company as a leading cybersecurity entity in Africa.
- Collaborate with the SEO agency managing website updates and briefing changes.
- Deliver monthly reports to management on marketing performance and key metrics.
- Support Office Management with the coordination of employee wellness events and activities.
- Uphold and maintain the corporate identity across all communication channels.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team including managing the marketing calendar and coordinating the production of marketing materials.
- Manage marketing team invoices including submission for approval and maintaining an organised invoice system with the marketing assistant.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with Market Development Funds (MDF) budgets by coordinating approved partner events and activities and managing partner relationships.
- Organise and manage quarterly marketing workshops and training sessions for the internal team to ensure up-to-date collateral usage and effectiveness.
