The role
As a People Data Analyst youll play a key role in turning workforce data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the department. Youll work closely with senior leaders and teams to deliver high-quality reporting analysis and visualisations that help shape people initiatives and improve organisational outcomes.
Youll navigate complex datasets juggle multiple priorities and stay on top of evolving data practicesall while contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking team. Your work will directly support operational needs and compliance requirements making a real impact on how the department understands and supports its people.
