Your key responsibilities:

• Managing a team of production operators assigning tasks and providing direction and guidance throughout the production process.
• Working closely with planning and scheduling teams to ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
• Ensuring all products adhere to quality standards and specifications implementing quality control measures and addressing any quality issues promptly.
• Identifying the root cause of technical issues or production problems and implementing solutions.
• Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
• Training new team members and providing ongoing coaching and support to help team members develop their skills and improve performance.

You bring

• A bachelors degree in industrial engineering supply chain or production with 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment and leading teams.
• Leadership experience in the food manufacturing industry with excellent communication numeracy and computer literacy skills.
• Ability to identify problems and implement preventative strategies to minimize risk along with skills in supervision coaching managing processes and process improvement.
• Proficiency in tracking budget expenses production planning controls and instrumentation and strategic agility.
• Collaborative team worker passionate results-driven well-organized analytical creative and able to function independently when required.
• Experience in IR-related issues stock control and familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
