This position primarily involves a hybrid work schedule - working remotely: Monday & Friday / on site: Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday.

Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead our team of 1215 client-facing Associates in managing new business training calls validations and this hybrid role you will combine strategic oversight with hands-on management ensuring that key performance indicators and departmental metrics are not only met but continuously improved. As a forward-thinking leader you will work closely with cross-functional business partnersboth internal and externalto implement innovative process enhancements that drive operational excellence and improve efficiency.

Pay Transparency

Salary range:$65500-$85000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individuals experience skills qualifications and job location. Additionally employees are eligible for an annual discretionary addition to base salary employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
