Job Title: B2B Sales Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to develop and lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a proven sales background and the ability to strategize and execute sales initiatives effectively. This role will be instrumental in scaling our sales operations with the potential to oversee a growing team of 40-50 sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build manage and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with distributors.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes and optimize performance.
- Provide training coaching and support to enhance the skills of sales reps.
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to track progress and analyze performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales management role preferably in wholesale distribution or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit train and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to build relationships with clients and distributors.
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to sales performance.
- Experience working with offshore teams is a plus.
- Fluent in English with strong presentation skills.
