What youll do

The P&C Advisor Consultant will be responsible for:

• Provide consultative support to help leaders make well-informed fair and people centered decisions
• Drive consultation coordination and resolution of cases from an end-to-end perspective engaging multiple functional areas where required. Cases may be on request or proactive depending on customers needs and topic
• Consult with leaders on complex topics such as development planning retention performance management team development survey follow up and leadership
• Evolve P&C Advisor services keeping in mind customer needs continuous improvement and simplification
• Increase customer adoption in targeted areas
• Participate in P&CAdvisor projects with a focus on Global Topics Customer Experience and Service Evolution
• Actively innovate and contribute to the further improvement of collaboration across functions
• Share leadership best practices

What you bring

• Strong educational background with Bachelor/Masters degree or comparable experience
• At least 3-5 years overall working experience 1-2 years in a HR position or comparable working experience
• Comfortable in an agile environment and motivated to drive change
• Customer orientation with a Services Mindset
• Highly collaborative team player
• High degree of integrity and empathy
• Follows through on commitments and delivers exceptional quality
• Proactive knowledge sharing
• Ability to provide open constructive feedback
• Advanced SAP P&C system and process knowledge an advantage
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) additional language skills are an advantag
