Process daily unit trust transactions: new business switches and redemptions
Validate client instructions and ensure regulatory compliance (FICA/FAIS)
Handle client and advisor queries professionally via phone and email
Maintain accurate records and upload documentation to internal systems
Release payments and compile reports for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless processing
Support internal audits and contribute to process improvements
Skills & Experience:Minimum 35 years experience in financial services preferably unit trust or collective investment schemes
Strong administrative reconciliation and client servicing background
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
Experience with AWD or Silica systems is advantageous
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Qualification:Matric (Grade 12)
Business-related tertiary qualification advantageous
