Thorough experience withinimport / exportis essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end import / export logistics including customs documentation transporter relationships delivery tracking and overseas payments
Oversee office operations IT telecoms staff leave PPE office maintenance and supplier contracts
Handle debtors creditors and cost management including collections queries credit reviews and account setup on SAP
Coordinate scheduling meetings travel and trade exhibitions
Maintain accurate recordsand generate reports on sales performance and budget tracking
Drive process improvements support departments and help implement company policies
Requirements:
Proven experience inimport / export managementand ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong communication leadership and process management skills
High proficiency inMicrosoft Office(Excel Word PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple functions with excellent time-management and discretion
Own transport and a valid drivers license required
