Job Description

Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an experienced HR Officer to be based at a mine in the Gauteng!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection
  • Oversee onboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations matters
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Administer employee benefits
  • Ensure compliance and prepare HR reports
  • Maintain and update job profiles

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in Human Resources of which 3 is in the mining environment
  • Valid drivers license
