Job Description
Financial Planner & Analyst - Gardens Cape Town - Salary R45 000 to R50 000
Are you a numbers-driven thinker with a sharp eye for data and a passion for turning insights into impact Were working with a fast-paced forward-thinking organisation that is looking to bring on a talented Financial Planner & Analyst to join their dynamic finance function.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical finance professional who thrives in a collaborative data-rich environment and wants to work at the heart of commercial decision-making.
As the Financial Planner & Analyst youll play a key role in:
- Analysing financial and operational data to spot trends drive insights and support business performance.

Developing financial models for budgeting forecasting and scenario planning.
- Partnering across teams including Finance Marketing and Data Science to align on goals and strategies.
- Creating compelling dashboards and visual reports in Power BI Tableau or Excel to present data clearly to senior stakeholders.

Recommending data-driven commercial improvements and optimisations.
Were looking for someone with:

2 to 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar financial analysis role.

Advanced Excel skills including VBA and pivot tables.

Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.

Working knowledge of SQL.

A degree in Finance Economics Accounting Data Science or similar.
Retail lending experience would be a plus but its not essential.
