This position sits within the regional project team based in Pomona and forms part of a critical project implementation unit for the Southern Africa region.
Role OverviewYoull be leading the full implementation lifecycle of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) including planning configuration integration training and go-live support. Youll also oversee a team of implementation specialists while collaborating closely with IT operations and global support teams. This role will see you working on large-scale rollouts dashboard/report development (Power BI) and AI-driven optimisation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full WMS implementation projects: design configure test and roll out solutions
- Manage project plans timesheets and implementation team deliverables
- Conduct training and provide ongoing support for end users
- Build custom dashboards and performance KPIs using Power BI
- Design functional flows test scenarios and reports
- Conduct data migration UAT support and go-live troubleshooting
- Assist with pre-sales activities solution scoping and client presentations
- Ensure alignment with corporate architecture and best practices
Requirements- Degree in Supply Chain Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 2 years experience in WMS implementations (Manhattan WMOS advantageous)
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and report-building
- Power BI experience is essential
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital innovation in supply chain
- Ability to manage projects and lead functional workshops
- Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel Valid passport and drivers licence
