Job Description
Established military-based company in Centurion requires a Junior Technical Buyer with 2 years procurement experience. Must have working experience in a manufacturing environment in the military or electronic manufacturing industries.
Duties & Responsibilities
Centurion
Minimum requirements and experience:
- National Diploma (Procurement Management) or National Diploma in electronic or Mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 2 years procurement experience.
- Must have working experience in a manufacturing or aeronautics or defence or telecommunication environment.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and components for production
- Track order status.
- Maintain quality standards.
- Cost efficiency
- Supplier management
- Documentation and compliance
