Job Description

Purpose Of The Job:
Our Client urgently requires Qualified Passenger Vehicle Technicians with Mercedes Benz experience to join their busy Team.
- Perform diagnostics responsible for diagnosing vehicle concerns and suggesting workable solutions
- Maintenance repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame and with a quality of work that exceeds customer expectations
- Perform advanced removals and replacements and diagnostic work accurately according to daily work orders as received from manager
- Knows understands and performs all duties of all Technician roles
- Adhere to all manufacturer standards
- Observes and follows all necessary safety regulations when operating machinery equipment and tools
- Perform work of other members of the service department if business necessitates
- Perform any other duties either necessary for customer service or perceived by or assigned to the job
- Provide excellent customer service
- Qualified Technician with a minimum of 3 years previous experience diagnosing repairing servicing and maintaining Mercedes Benz Passenger Vehicles in the role of Qualified Technician in a dealership environment
- MERCEDEZ-BENZ EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL the brands systems diagnostics and service standards
- Proficient in the use of Diagnostic tools and equipment
- The suitable candidate MUST BE RED SEAL CERTIFIED
- Drivers License
