Job Description
Job Purpose
- To maintain the overall effectiveness of equipment and packing equipment on sites. Including electrical and mechanical support
Key Responsibilities
- Adhering to all PPE safety requirements safe operating procedures and work instructions. Attending of safety training and committee meetings induction medical examinations and safety talks.
- Completion of all electrical/mechanical breakdown.
- Planned and preventative maintenance duties.
- Preventative inspections (Infrared Scanning bearing temperature) and reporting defects on machines.
- Installation of new equipment and ability to interpreted electrical drawings a must.
- Maintaining availability of the packaging machines and execution of task according to standards. Controlling of job execution times.
- Planning of the work order spares and determining the feedback and time data on all completed work orders the completion of necessary inspection of reports and Healthy and Safety Appointees.
- Regular housekeeping and maintenance of machines to required standard (Maintaining Power factor machines and Electrical panels)
