Job Description

Introduction

Our client seeks to appoint a qualified and experiencedAdmitted Attorneyand Conveyancerto join their firm. Responsibilities includeBond RegistrationsProperty TransfersandDeceased Estate Transfers. This role is ideally suited to a professional who can manage a full conveyancing portfolio.

Requirements includeadmission as an Attorneyof the High Court of South Africa (in good standing)admission as a Conveyancerof the High Court of South Africa (in good standing) at least2 years post-admission experience in a conveyancingpracticewith solid experience in theregistration of residential and commercial bonds(Banking panel experience advantageous)transfer of conventional and sectional title propertiesdeceased estate transfers in-depth knowledge of conveyancing procedures and applicable legislationproficiency in Conveyancing Systemsand the ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet deadlines.
