Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum requirements:
Admitted Attorney (must be in good standing with the relevant Law Society)
13 years post-admission experience in Commercial and Labour Law
Solid experience in contract drafting reviewing and providing legal opinions
Labour Law expertise including drafting pleadings notices and CCMA documentation
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Excellent written communication and report-writing abilities
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and legal research tools
Able to work independently and manage deadlines under pressure
Professional well-presented and confident in client interactions
