Job Description
Well establish law firm is Looking for a Junior Attorney to join their Commercial and Labour team
Duties & Responsibilities
- Admitted Attorney (must be in good standing with the relevant Law Society)
- 13 years post-admission experience in Commercial and Labour Law
- Solid experience in contract drafting reviewing and providing legal opinions
- Labour Law expertise including drafting pleadings notices and CCMA documentation
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Excellent written communication and report-writing abilities
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and legal research tools
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines under pressure
- Professional well-presented and confident in client interactions
