1. OVERVIEW
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing their own leads through networking cold calling and canvassing and responding to office leads in an efficient and timely manner. They will also be responsible for engaging with customers understanding their needs demonstrating product features and benefits negotiating prices placing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. OBJECTIVES
2.1. Promptly respond and follow up on leads.
2.2. Continuously achieve and exceed sales targets at the required profit margins.
2.3. Proactively develop and create customer relationships.
2.4. Continuously improve product knowledge.
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1. Promptly respond to all leads and schedule a meeting with prospective customers. Follow up on unanswered leads.
3.2. Meet with prospective customers provide product knowledge and recommendations tailored to their individual needs.
3.3. Conduct in-home or in-store demonstrations as needed.
3.4. Provide the prospective customer with quotation/s for their individual needs and budget.
3.5. Maintain a pipeline of potential sales and follow up regularly.
3.6. Process orders accurately and efficiently.
3.7. Respond to installation queries promptly and effectively.
3.8. Handle customer inquiries concerns and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
3.9. Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
3.10. Keeping records of canvassing and marketing activities.
3.11. Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
3.12. Work at exhibits to promote products and services as needed.
3.13. Stay updated on new products and industry trends.
3.14. Identify opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
4. QUALIFICATIONS
4.1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
4.2. Previous sales experience preferably in the blinds home improvement or interior design industries.
4.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4.4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
4.5. Product knowledge of blinds shutters and awnings will be an advantage.
