Permanent On-site Monday to Friday
Support the critical IT infrastructure that powers advanced radiology operations in a fast-paced hospital environment. From PACS/RIS systems and imaging software to servers and secure networks youll take charge of the platforms that enable accurate diagnoses and streamlined workflows. This role is ideal for a hands-on technically skilled IT professional with strong troubleshooting abilities and a passion for keeping healthcare systems running at peak performance.

Minimum Requirements:
3 years experience in a 2nd or 3rd line IT infrastructure support role
Experience with Windows and/or Linux servers and SQL databases
Prior exposure to PACS/RIS or other medical imaging systems (preferred)
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP routing VLANs)
Experience with virtualisation platforms (e.g. VMware or Hyper-V)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Healthcare or radiology IT experience is an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor servers networks and databases supporting radiology systems
Provide Level 2/3 support for PACS RIS and imaging workstations
Ensure data integrity through regular backups and disaster recovery processes
Oversee cybersecurity measures and assist with network segmentation
Support DICOM connectivity between modalities and imaging systems
Liaise with clinicians and vendors for upgrades troubleshooting and projects
Document system configurations and manage user accounts and IT assets
