About the Role

A highly organised and client-focused Operations & Client Engagement Coordinator is needed to join a growing team. This dynamic position blends administration logistics and client relationship management ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes.

As the primary point of contact for training logistics and client communication you will coordinate national training sessions manage bookings and invoicing handle kit stock and ensure the Cape Town training facility is always ready to go.



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training session bookings across South Africa

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client queries and onboarding

  • Manage invoicing and payments using QuikBooks

  • Monitor and replenish kit stock and dispatch materials timeously

  • Maintain a clean organised and fully equipped office and training space


Requirements

  • 23 years experience in administration coordination or a client-facing role

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills

  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems (or a quick learner)

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking initiative
