What Were Looking For:
A New Business Development Manager who:
Has 5 years of experience in solution-based sales with a focus on technical solutions across
a variety of industries.
Holds a Bachelors degree in Business IT Marketing or a related field.
Has a proven track record of selling technical solutions to both local and international
clients.
Is skilled in building C-level relationships and influencing key decision-makers.
Has a strong commercial mindset consistently hitting new business revenue targets.
Bonus points if you have experience in data analytics or location intelligence environments.
Key Responsibilities:
As our New Business Development Manager youll be:
Engaging with prospective clients: Understand their pain points and position tailored value-
driven technical solutions.
Driving end-to-end sales cycles: Lead everything from lead qualification to proposal
development and deal closure.
Acting as a trusted advisor: Conduct discovery conversations value assessments and client
workshops to align our solutions with client needs.
Staying ahead of industry trends: Keep a finger on the pulse of data trends competitive
solutions and market shifts.
Collaborating across teams: Work closely with Product Data and Software Development to
bring customer insights to the product development roadmaps.
Supporting marketing efforts: Collaborate with our Marketing team to define go-to-market
strategies and identify thought leadership opportunities.
Tracking performance: Monitor and report on your pipeline business development KPIs
and progress using CRM tools.
Ensuring seamless delivery: Align client expectations with our internal capabilities to ensure
successful execution.
