Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  1. Distributor Relationship Management
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
    Regularly engage distributors through meetings joint sales calls and strategic planning sessions.
  2. Sales Strategy & Execution
    Define and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    Identify growth opportunities within distributor accounts and lead commercial negotiations.
  3. Channel Development & Support
    Recruit and onboard new distributors where needed to expand market reach.
    Provide tools training and ongoing support to help distributors succeed.
  4. Marketing & Promotions
    Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out campaigns product launches and promotional initiatives.
    Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all distributor touchpoints.
  5. Performance Analysis & Reporting
    Track distributor performance using CRM and sales reporting tools.
    Analyze sales data to identify trends gaps and opportunities. Present findings to leadership.
  6. Customer Engagement & Market Intelligence
    Visit key end customers with distributors to understand needs and drive demand.
    Gather market intelligence and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
  7. Compliance & Brand Representation
    Ensure distributors represent the brand in accordance with company values and standards.
    Support compliance with applicable commercial and regulatory requirements.
  8. All Other Reasonable Duties as Assigned

Key Skills & Competencies
  1. Channel Sales Management: Proven ability to manage and grow a network of distributors.
  2. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with external partners.
  3. Commercial Acumen: Skilled in pricing contract negotiations and sales forecasting.
  4. Marketing Execution: Experience in coordinating marketing efforts with channel partners.
  5. Communication: Effective presenter and communicator able to represent the brand professionally.
  6. Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret sales data track KPIs and draw actionable insights.
Travel Flexibility: Comfortable with regular regional travel to support distributors.
