Lead and align HR strategy with overall business objectives
Partner with EXCO on people strategy workforce planning and structural decisions
Oversee full HR operations including recruitment retention and talent development
Manage employee relations performance management and disciplinary processes
Ensure compliance with labour legislation and internal policies
Develop and implement HR policies remuneration frameworks and engagement initiatives
Champion transformation and inclusion initiatives
Drive succession planning and cultivate organisational culture
Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Board/EXCO reporting experience (this role reports directly to Brian from EXCO)
Strong knowledge of South African labour law HR compliance and strategic HR planning
Proven ability to lead HR teams and manage organisational development
Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous but not essential
