We seek a highly organized detail-orientedMarketing Production Coordinatorto drive administrative financial and logistical operations for multi-brand marketing campaigns. This role iscentrally focused on vendor management budget control procurement and meticulous executionof projects. Expect a fast-paced process-driven environment where precision in administration is critical.
Finance & Administration:
Manage end-to-end vendor processes: onboarding PO generation invoice reconciliation and payment tracking
Track marketing budgets allocate expenses to GL codes and maintain financial records
Source supplier quotes and oversee internal approval workflows
Campaign Execution
Coordinate seasonal launches: timelines print production asset distribution and cross-department liaison
Develop/store communication playbooks and ensure compliance across locations
Store & Inventory Operations
Manage marketing stock (merchandise print materials hardware) issue items and process invoices
Fulfill ad-hoc store requests for materials/hardware with precise delivery and tracking
Support new/revamped store openings via material coordination and asset updates
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Proven Administrative Expertise:
2 years in vendor management PO systems budget tracking or invoice processing
Technical Proficiency
AdvancedMicrosoft Excel (pivots formulas reporting) Word/PowerPoint
Operational Discipline
Meticulous attention to detail (data accuracy proofreading process adherence)
Ability to manage 5 concurrent projects under tight deadlines
Core Competencies
Vendor/quote negotiation experience
Command of English (written/spoken) for cross-team communication
Process-driven mindset with a solution-oriented approach
Education
Grade 12 National Diploma in Marketing
